Diagnosis and management of patients admitted as acute medical emergencies are crucial for life threatening conditions like acute myocardial infarction.
However, some of these acute medical emergencies can be complicated and pose a diagnostic dilemma requiring in depth examination and further investigations..

His condition did not improve and further investigations revealed a rare diagnosis which changed the course of management plan.
